Best Conversational Movies?
All those Linklater movies are good choices. I'd also say Rian Johnson's "Brick" has fantastic dialogue but isn't really a "conversation movie".
12 Angry Men would get my vote as the greatest though. What a sensational movie.
Vincenzo Natali's "Cube" is an interesting one which sort of revolves around the same characters in the entire movie.
Phone Booth?
Panic Room?
I watched a movie called "Exam" the other day which was mostly based around a series of conversations in 1 room. It's ultimately silly due to the ending but there are some interesting segments.

Obviously "Moon" is great considering there's very few characters. And similarly "castaway on the moon" is brilliantly intriguing.
