Why did Original Sin (2001) do so badly?

Am I the only one who finds this movie to actually be an entertaining thriller. How is it that it only got a 12% on Rottentomatoes?

The only reason I watched that movie is to bust a nut.

No, it wasn't the just the nude scenes, I actually did find the overall story entertaining, in an over the top way. But it still a good nutbuster movie and I thought people would remember it as one of the better ones.
