Has anyone heard about the Danish Region 2 DVD for Dogville? It's a two-disc set that includes a selected commentary from Lars Von Trier and cinematographer Anthony Dod Mantle. This is one for my wish list, the only trouble is trying to figure out how to fill in the Danish order form.
