Need assistance with movie title

I saw this at a store and almost bought it but changed my mind. Its a fairly current flick and I am kicking myself for not buying it when I had the chance. I believe its an independent film about a brother who is wrongly convicted and sent to jail. His sister does everything possible to have him released. I don't want to spoil the ending but it does end on a very sad note. (Somebody spoiled it for me when I was going to the register.) Any ideas?
