Favorite Horror Film

It's spoof in every way, and this is why it's a really poor movie.
You're not saying that spoofs can't be good films, are you?

No, I'm just saying Scream isn't a good spoof movie

I don't have a single favorite, but at the moment it's this one:

And yet you didn't even have it on your 60s list. For shame.

Psycho (1960) is most horror movie i think.

The first Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis.Loved the tingling music.

Looks like I'll have to take a look at the Devil's Rejects though.

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein

Bram Stoker's Dracula

American Werewolf in London

Horror isn't exactly my forte, but I'm kind of a purist, I guess, when it comes to the classical monsters, night frights and so on ...

The Harvest
Awaiting
Wolf Town
Beneath

I think i would have to say that Alien is my favorite horror movie of all time. It has suspense, so much tension, isolation, creepiness, and science fiction rolled into one movie.

After that I would have to say The Shining, and Texas chainsaw massacre.

Alien (1979)

Creepy and well acted.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)

The last 30 minutes.

The Thing (1982)

Special effects yo.

Halloween (1978)

Cinematography and music.

It Follows (2015)

Cinematography and music. Odd that's a thing again. Those 360 pans are neato.

Psycho (1960)

Norman Bates yo.

The Fly (1986)

Special effects. Deja vu I know.

Forgot about Nosferatu.

Fantabulous list, Cap.
especially the #4 tho
