We're going to need a lot more information about what you've seen, what you haven't, and what you're looking for, before we can recommend anything without it being entirely random.

Which Is Why I Made This Thread.
The main point of my reply was to show you many "favorites" of the members here. Which I thought was a good place to start. If you like a certain genre, and/or decade, then run them in the search engine. You will find more than enough ideas.

Try out:

The Big Lebowski

and

Flash Gordon ~ 1980

and

Jaws

I've Seen All The Batmans, I've Been Wanting To Batman (1989), But It Seems Most Stores Doesn't Have It. And I've Seen The Rest Of The Movies You Listed. I Didn't Think Fantastic Four 2 Was That Good.

Well (if you like asian cinema and don't mind black n white).... I watched Onibaba about two days ago and it's still in my mind! I REALLY enjoyed it and highly recommend it to any one who thinks it might be there thing. It’s a Japanese film from the 1960s. It’s about "demons" "lust" and "survival" in 14th century rural Japan. Beautiful to watch! I’ll add a trailer!

One old: The Princess Bride

One coming up: Forgetting Sarah Marshall (Excellent movie from the producers of Knocked UP and 40 year old virgin - out 9/30)

Well, judging from that list, you'll be surprised to learn they were making good films in the 1980s all the way back to the 1920s and beyond. An online search for films by the decade should bring you a slew of unfamilar films.

That made me laugh. He hates both of that stuff.

Registered Creature
You should watch the original Dawn of the Dead. It's muchmuchmuch better than the 2004 remake (though the 2004 version is still enjoyable).
