Look8ng for badly dubbed Italian western

Hey new user here, looking for an Italian western where the mob boss says "you pulled out... leave it in and get the job done ." There was also a scene where a cowboy was sitting on a rock wall masterbating. Is this familiar to anyone ?

Obviously I can't speak for anyone else on here but I'm afraid I'm in no way familiar with sitting on a rock masturbating
