My favourite Marx brothers films are A Night at the Opera (1935) and Horse Feathers (1932).

I'm partial to A Night In Casablanca

I've seen Duck Soup and A Night at the Opera. Both are great, but I think I'd give the edge to Duck Soup.

You might argue that the Opera scene in Night At The Opera is their single funniest scene, but the lame musical numbers and romantic suplots in that movie drag it down, whereas Duck Soap is, pure Marx Madness throughout.
