Can't remember Movie Tittle

Hi, I have been trying to remember the name of a movie I saw in the early 70's. The problem is I can only remember somthing about a guy locked in a hospital and in his wanderings he comes across a pigman in one of the rooms. I know Sienfield did an episode with Kramer thinking he saw a pigman. Thats what got me thinking about this movie. It was a movie I had to take for High School. This is driving me nuts. Thanks Brian
