Best and worst biography movies

I don't actually wear pants.
Lawrence of Arabia is an awesome biopic.

I dig Patton, too, but it's just a tad slow.

Beautiful Mind is a pretty interesting film.

Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is excellent.

Raging Bull is rather lame.

Goodfellas sucks.

I'm a little surprised nobody has said Lawrence Of Arabia yet

I love biographies. Dont think I've ever seen bad one.

I've seen the majority of this guy's list. Some I dont remember because I saw them when I was a kid but dont recall not liking them. Some bios I've loved and are not on this list. The only one I recall not liking 100% is A Dangerous Method but only because I wanted to punch Knightly in the teeth whenever she was on screen, but I think she was supposed to be that irritating.

I like to give likes. Makes the place really friendly.

Danish Girl isnt on that list I posted but maybe it doesnt count as a biopic because it's an adaptation of a fictional account.
Gorillas in the Mist I would add.
Immortal Beloved as well.
Black Diamond.
Hotel Rwanda.
Any of the true life crime aussie movies.

I'm sure to think of more. I just realised this must be my favourite genre.

i might add the 1995 political drama: beyond rangoon, i like patricia arquette

Ha, and The Year of Living Dangerously.
A Royal Affair and Coco and Igor s well.

I thought of some more but goldfish brain.

Flame and Citron, or any war biopic.

OMG How could I forget 7 years in tibet and Kundun.

I love bio-pics! I've seen a lot of great biographies and a few bad ones too.

Here are some of the ones I've reviewed...(my reviews are SAFE to read if you haven't seen the movie, they're short and to the point and hopefully entertaining.)

So take a look! You might find some great bio-pics that you've never heard of, such as:

The Founder (2016)

Lion (2016)
Jackie (2016)
All the Way (2016)
The Loving Story (2011)
Loving (2016)
Hawksaw Ridge (2016)
Florence Foster Jenkins (2016)
Sully (2016)
I Saw the Light (2015)

That's enough links. I must have reviewed hundreds of Bio-pics, as that's one of my favorite movie subjects.

This is the full list of the movie titles I've reviewed so far:

Diary of Anne Frank.

Elephant Man is excellent, if incredibly tragic. Someone on IMDb said she wouldn't watch it because even reading the synopsis made her tear up, so she doesn't want to turn into a puddle of tears. I told her a few times that her concern is warranted.

The only time I've ever seen my dad cry was while watching The Elephant Man.
