Watched Joker.
Found it slightly contrived, but Phoenix is great in it. Reminded me of the Bernie Goetz subway shootings. Same time period.
Anyways, good film that doesn’t quite live up to its attempt at social commentary and seems content to copy it’s themes from similar films from the 70’s. Just not as well.
Regardless, there’s a good movie in there.
