Who is this actress in the beginning of the movie The Duchess at 1:34 ? She’s the woman who chooses Lord Walter’s name out of the hat. She always acts with an English accent, which leads me to believe she’s British. She’s not credited on IMDB for her part of The Duchess, and I cannot find anything about her anywhere. I tried to upload a picture of her, but this site won’t let me for some reason.
