Last Flag Flying

I am really looking forward to this film (even though, admittedly, I have only just heard about it). Linklater has some brilliant work and he is among my favourite directors still working in the industry, and it has a brilliant cast!

The Neil Young soundtrack is also an added bonus!

It's good. Not Linklater's best, and panders to the awards season slightly. But is worth checking out. There are some genuinely laugh out loud moments and you can tell Linklater gave the cast a bit of wiggle room for improvisation at points. All 3 leads are good.
