This might just do nobody any good.
It’s probably both. When’s the last time he directed, anyways?

I felt the announcement didn’t really make much news but I suppose he’s not as much of a known entity these days. Kind of like how Beatty’s decades in development Howard Hughes movie fizzled out. Well, I suppose it’s as good a time as any to revisit some of the old ones, maybe get caught up on others (namely Downhill Racer and Jeremiah Johnson.)

The Candidate is a really good, overlooked entry in his filmography, to whom it may concern. It’s precisely the kind of movie I wish they were making again (paging Chris Evans...)

I'm looking forward to The Old Man and the Gun, because I like Lowery. So hopefully it's a good one to go out on.

Untrue. Redford is an icon.

Agree. Love this movie.

I like three days of the condor a lot, it s weird no one has made a thread about that film

I kinda liked indecent proposal, at the beginning it had some good moments, but generally went downhil in the second half

Lol, fair enough. I didn’t know — not that we see much of him.
I once replied to a post that was 12 years old. I had no idea.
