80s/90s movie with youngsters in a roulotte camp and awful deaths

I am trying to remember the title of a movie from the 80s/90s set somewhere in the US in a roulotte / trailer camp. There are love scenes between youngsters. There's a series of awful deaths (one lady is killed by a hairdryer falling in the bath tub). The bad guy at the end dies pierced by falling on a RADAR antenna.
