Perfect Casting

Richard Rodgers played by George Clooney

Next: Oscar Hammerstein II

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!” ~ Rocky Balboa

I think we just nailed the casting for a Rodgers and Hammerstein biopic, which I think will be made eventually. Clooney and Goodman are the ideal leads.

Richard Pryor played by Mike Epps (Epps was actually cast as Pryor in a biopic a few years ago, but the project has not gone through)

Next: Ted Turner

This might just do nobody any good.
Michael Hogan (Battlestar Galactica, Fargo: Season 2)

Next: Hedy Lamarr

This might just do nobody any good.
As Fred Astaire, Marc Evan Jackson (The Good Place.)

Next: Dorothy Dandridge

This might just do nobody any good.
Elisabeth Moss as Bette Davis, directed by Todd Haynes.

this one was announced today...

Rock Hudson.
