Movie with a van and two men

So i saw this movie a million years ago. I dont remember any of the storyplay. Only thing I can link to this movie is its poster. On that poster there is a van (blue or yellow, but Im not sure about colour eather), on vans window is title of this movie. In front of that van there are two men in working suits. One is short and the other one is taller i think. Please help. Im serching for that movie for few months now. Here is a ugly drawing of that poster.
