"Are you telling me to go to sleep?" Sleeperhold scene

Okay, we're trying to remember what movie (hope it's a movie, not a TV show) this scene is from. It's a comedy movie and this guy is unsuccessfully putting another guy in a sleeperhold; he keeps saying "Go to sleep. Go to sleep." The guy in the sleeperhold says "Are you telling me to go to sleep?" Heeeeelp meeee!

Hot Tub Time Machine 2?

I remember a headlock in that and some guy saying go to sleep, time for sleep or something.
