Let the night air cool you off
I'll play along. I doubt I'll be able to watch anything that I haven't already seen though; my plate is full with all the halls I am participating in.

If we can get ten regular voters we'll go ahead with it, got three so far not sure if Cosmic was joining or not. And yeah JJ you don't have to watch anything if you don't want to.

It depends on when you were planning on starting. I'd like to focus on the 12th HoF right now so I still have time to rewatch films and decide on a final ballot for the Sci-Fi Countdown (plus see a couple I've been meaning to watch for the first time).

I haven't actually seen many animated films, so I'd probably need time to watch most, if not all the nominations haha.

Well i was thinking of doing a 64 film tournament with 8 matches a week to give the people who want to watch some of them some time. So if we hypothetically started today that would mean the second round wouldn't start for a month which would be after the sci-fi countdown deadline. When would you want this to start? I have no problem waiting this was mostly to gauge interest.

I have no idea. I think hours are getting lean at work so I might have more time than I'm currently anticipating.

I guess how many nominations we'd get each would also depend on how many people enter the tournament, right? Were you planning on having PM'd nominations like in the HoFs, or just post what we want in the thread like the other tournaments?

I might not even be able to come up with enough nominations to join.

Nah, just post your noms in the thread. I'd end up spending alot of time telling people somethings already been picked. I'm up for discussion on how many noms, i'd personally like it to be 64, think 128 would be too much and 32 not enough. If we got 10 people that would mean six would nominate 6 and four 7. You could be one of the ones that nominates six and if that's too much i'm sure some of the bigger animation fans would gladly take how ever many of your noms you didn't want. I mean i'm gonna try and get Miss Vicky to join and her top 100 is basically Quills, Gladiator and 98 Animated Films . I've seen and like quite a few animated films too so i'd be fine nominating more.

I do believe the actual number will be 29 by the time I finish posting the new list. Well 29 and a half? There's a hybrid in there too.

Yeah, I'll join.

Great that's four then and i think Cosmic is a maybe. Glad you brought up hybrids actually. What does people think about stuff like Who Framed Roger Rabbit and Space Jam, allowed or not allowed? I'm really not bothered either way, i'm sure Space Jam would clean up if it was allowed
