I've been kicking myself very very hard for missing the Peter Sellers movie! I adore him and think Geoffrey Rush is a top actor.

Peter Sellers in The Party is still an all time classic. "Birdie Num num"

SXE - True till death
House Of Flying Daggers! Without a doubt the best film of the year!

I don't head out to the theater much anymore so a lot of the films released later in the year aren't on my list...

1.) Big Fish (I know, it was released last year, but I don't count it b/c it was releases so late and I saw it January 1st.
2.) Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
3.) Collateral
4.) Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy
5.) Napolean Dynamite
6.) Kill Bill: Vol 2
7.) Miracle
8.) Shrek 2 - I should note, my son's favorite movie and it gets funnier with every viewing. It's amazing how many things I missed the first few times.
9.) Dawn of the Dead
10.) The Terminal

I should also note I did not include Hero as it was originally releases a few years back... It would be around in the 3 or 4 range though.

And this is my BOOMstick!
You're all forgetting Bubba Ho-Tep!!!

9.Kill Bill vol.2

other movies, which I'm sure are GREAT did not make the list primiarily because I either didn't see it (Closer) or didn't think as highly of it (Enternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind )
