The horror movie where a group of friends were killed by mannequins.

Hello, I kindly ask anyone who can help to find a horror movie. Here are some plot excerpts: a group of friends, aged roughly 25 to 35, arrives at an old abandoned house and finds mannequins in the basement. One of the friends films everything that happens on camera, but in the end, the mannequins kill them all. At the end of the movie, a reporter comes to the scene with a cameraman, and they suffer the same fate. It may be a movie from 2011 directed by Sean Davis, but I'm not sure.
