Looking for a comedy from 80s or 90s. I only remember one distinct scene: an office manager, kinda an executive, is angry in his office. And he has an anger management contraption in there, which looks like a shiny metal frame with a pink rubber artificial butt attached to this frame via springs. So the guy starts kicking it angrily to let off some steam, and the butt starts bobbing around, and then the guy gets his leg stuck between the frame and the butt, falls over along with this butt, and someone enters the office to some awkward embarrasment.
