Damoiselles de Rochefort.

I had to turn it off after about 75 minutes. I enjoyed it in parts, and it's lovely to look at. I also thought the story was kind of neat in a too simple to be a real movie plot kind of way, but the singing was just doing my nut in.
It didn't bother me in UoC, but this one I just couldn't take it.

Ah, **** it. Liked the guy in Twisters.

It’s not even bad. He definitely has a presence.

I finished both of those in the same day last week.

Last night I watched Mystic River, I must say it really messed up my sleep...
It’s a good movie, but very tough.

That’s why I haven’t braved Les Demoiselles de Rochefort yet.

Ooh, this is definitely my kind of film. Wow.

I don't like the first half much personally, but the 2nd half is just stunning.

I’m loving it so far, but then again, I have been loving many things lately.

State of Siege. A bit slow at first, but the political discussions add quite a bit to the story. Music's a little weird, though.

At least you finished it. I haven't gone back to it.

I did feel rather guilty for wasting my life, and I was also working while it was on. But I do finish most films I start. The last one I actually bailed on was Military Wives, and I feel like I only attempted that because I usually love KST.

I bail on films because I get busy with things in life.

I should probably bail on more films. But for now, I find myself going back to my ‘continue watching’ pile on Prime, Netflix etc. days later and kind of making my way through them. I don’t consider myself that picky, but I haven’t truly enjoyed a new movie in a long time.
