Boss force feeds vomit to lackeys

So i remember when I was much younger 15+ years ago watching this movie and the scene I remember is these two lackeys go to do some mundane task and they fail, well when they return to their boss who is obese and gross he throws up into a blender I’m pretty sure and then has it force fed to them.... I can’t even come close to what movie this is from.

Sounds like Jackass Number Two.
