Don't know.

Bottom two are Keanu and Charlize in Sweet November and Michelle Trachtenberg as Harriet the Spy. The common actor is Robert Joy which would make the first pic Resurrection (1999). The second one is yet another Googling error. Looks like a still from the ABC series "Rookie Blue". Not sure what Gideon was going for, but whatevs.
