Italian or french movie rich boy try to transfer his mind

The film starts with a boy wakes up every day and goes out to the city and the city is empty.
he is a rich boy and he has a friend. in the movie, the boy like an artist girl but the rich boy suddenly dies in street but he wakes up again but it seems he had a doctor that backup his mind and he kind of living again.
I did not watch the movie completely but I think these are the only thing I remember, I also think the boy has a face surgery because of an accident.

Sounds like elements from Alejandro Amenábar's Abre Los Ojos - Open Your Eyes (1997, Spain) which was Americanized and remade as Vanilla Sky (2001) by Cameron Crowe (both featuring Penélope Cruz).
