Doctor office underwear scene

There was a movie/show in the late 90s early 2000s where there was a older gentleman that visits a doctor office and there was a very pretty secretary/office assistant at the front desk and he was possibly gonna ask her out. And he is in the doctors office with the door closed and all of a sudden she walks in out of know where without even knocking and she comes in and he is standing there in his underwear very embarrassed and could not get over and she just walked in without knocking and doctor was okay with it. Anyone remmember which movie scene this is from ?

Off the top of my head, similar to a scene in "The Secret of My Success" where Michael J. Fox is a mailroom clerk who is pretending to be an executive. He has to change clothes in the elevator, but one time the elevator doors open and his secretary catches him in his underwear.
