Can anyone identify this screencap?

I can't remember what this was, but I do think it was a Japanese film. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not sure exactly but it looks a lot like Battle Royal? I might be thinking that because I just recently watched the movie, but the picture is so blurry and cropped so small there isn't a lot of detail to go off of.

Regardless, Battle Royal is my best guess and even if it's wrong I recommend watching it!
