Why is it taking so long for this film to be released ?

prob cause of covid

Covid wouldn't prevent it from being released to Pay Per View or Movie on Demand

well it seems it might of pushed back cause of it

The movie is finished already . I think that it hasn't found a distributor yet to bring it to market ?

This depends. Many actors/actresses have it in their contracts that films must have a theatrical release, because they get a percentage of the profits. That could be the case here
