Trailer Park Boys: Park After Dark
I listen to Wild Ride when I see a guest I want to hear. Steve-O does a good job, in light of his vocals. The roaming van podcast studio is great.

I tried the Trailer Park Boys, but I think it was after COVID started and sounded like they were using Zoom audio. If the sound is bad or a guest is calling in on a mobile phone, I’m out.

“Sugar is the most important thing in my life…”
The Boogie Monster

This is from Kyle Kinane and some other guy. The name says it all, but it often turns into them just rambling. Fans of Kinane should enjoy, plus the outro music is the fantastic Death Trip by the Bad Livers.

Try this and last weeks episodes, they are hilarious and involve a bank machine.

Steve-O has tons of crazy stories, I’m excited to see how Jacka__ 4 turns out

“Sugar is the most important thing in my life…”
Tim Dillon and Alex Jones! Yes or Yes!

I listen to - in no particular order:

Mysterious Radio
Coast to Coast
Atlanta Monster
Jordan Peterson
Lore
Real Crime Profile
Joe Rogan
Jim Harold's Campfire

I used to listen to James Altucher but he started repeating himself too often.

I also LOVE the old Jean Shepherd radio show out of NYC (late 50's to late 70's). There's tons of archives out there. I became fascinated (way back in '83) not with Ralphie, his bunny suit and his BB gun, but rather the guy who wrote the story (and subsequently narrated his work for A Christmas Story). Turns out those characters existed in Shep's past. One of America's best storytellers (despite not being well known). He has some real insight into the human condition. I've managed to collect about 1,200 episodes on MP3 over the years.

I check in with Rogan for the comics and big timers. The Kanye ep, I had to quit... Tim Dillon and Alex Jones...well, that will have to wait for a few drinks and a YouTube watch 🧐 Maybe save that for Christmas morning.

I like listening to Jordan Peterson, but I’m not enough of an intellectual to understand where these guys stand.

You’re the disease, and I’m the cure.
I've been listening to old episodes of Radio Bam hosted by Bam Margera lately while I work, stick to any under 160 because after that it's too crazy and not very funny sadly.

Theo Von talking about crank-texting with Jo Koy is how dreams are made.

“Sugar is the most important thing in my life…”
Are You Garbage?

These guys just left the GAS network, so their old episodes are no longer behind a paywall. Great chemistry between these two and so many of the AYG questions hit home.

“Sugar is the most important thing in my life…”

Friendly little bump . Palminteri talks about his early career and Bronx Tale.

Saw these guys live last night in Raleigh and it was a great time. Seeing how quick they are is really impressive. Btw, the crowd questions were pure traaaasssshhhh 😙

Featuring, “Have you ever warmed up your fleshlight in somebody else’s microwave?” and “What if your mother marries your sister’s husband?” Good times.

Take Your Shoes Off with Rick Glassman

@ 12:35

This one is a conundrum (?). Poddy woddies 😉 are great because they are an anytime, anywhere medium. Mr. Glassman has added a visual component that makes the audio version feel less than. I don’t have time to watch!

I've been exploring podcast shows lately as an alternative to talk radio and found many shows, some of them movie themed, so to add my own two cents to this topic here's the ones that haven't been mentioned here:

The Director's Cut
https://player.fm/series/the-directo...-a-dga-podcast

Kermode and Mayo's Film Review
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00...pisodes/player

You Must Remember This
https://player.fm/series/you-must-remember-this-129250

All The Right Movies: A Movie podcast
https://player.fm/series/all-the-rig...-movie-podcast

and the live radio show in dozens of languages:
FRED the Film Festival Insider
https://www.fred.fm/uk/
(lots of live interviews with film-makers)

I'm listening to the MoFo "Gattaca" podcast episode right now.
