Recipe for General Tso's Chicken

Tools

Hey everyone, I am searching high and low for a recipe for Genral Tso's Chicken. I have found many recipes on the net that just do not recreate the dish you get in most oriental restraunts. I need a recipe that has been tried by someone and worked. Thanks all.

Because you seem to like General Tso's Chicken, i am wondering what it is. I've never heard of it up here in Scotland so what is it? and is it good?

I am having a nervous breakdance
Let's see...

Take one chicken
Throw it into the saucepan
Fry the sucker up

hmmm....

It is chicken that seems to be cubed or sliced into bite size pieces, it is covered with a sauce (this sauce is the key I think) that has a carmel like texture but tastes really good. You put it over fried rice and it makes a great meal.
