Late 80s early 90s movie about spike towers with glass bottles.

Hey, it's me again bear with me I have a few more post about unknown movies I've been saving up. So this movie is possibly 80s or early 90s about this boy helping this older man, an artist or scuplter build these two or three spike towers with a lot of glass bottle bottoms. I think it might be a real structure in Southern California maybe Italy, I'm not sure I only seen the movie once when I was a kid but I swear I seen the same structure in another movie or picture a couple years later. Any ideas?

Daniel and the Towers (1987) is what you're looking for.

Between 1988 and 1993, four movies had scenes at the Watts Towers - Colors, Ricochet, CB4 and Menace II Society. None of those had that boy character though.

Thanks that's the movie and it's on YouTube. I have all four of those other movies as well. I probably seen it in Colors or Ricochet, them both being 80s movies as well.
