Father takes revenge on college kids that ran over his daughter.

I saw a movie in the early to mid 2000's about a group of college kids who go party at a lake house and they meet the old guy that is the neighbor and he starts to mess with them trying to get even for them accidentally running over his daughter and never coming forward about it. I remember one scene they are in the kitchen and they got a water melon from the guy and they find bugs in it.

maybe its Freddy series ?

I can't remember a watermelon and it's his son that gets run over, but Pumpkinhead fits a bit.
