The actors are too far away to recognize, I'm totally stumped on this one.

I have seen it, or most of it anyway, on cable. And that is Big and Carrie walking into the apartment in the last shot.

Santa Barbara?

It's not a soap and Santa Barbara was on NBC

The weird thing is that the right side of the set looks familiar, (the side with the doors and the staircase), but the left side doesn't. I'm pretty sure this is from a sitcom, but I can't remember which one.
