I am trying to remember the name of a film. I am nearly positive it is either a real documentary or at least a mock one.
It is about a group of police who search for missing children. It is in a foreign language (I want to say from Spain or Italy, but that could be wrong).
I know for sure that the cover has an officer who is holding up a picture of a missing child's face in front of his face.
