can anyone tell me the title ??

its a old movie i would say around 1995-2000 maybe older. I don't remember any of the actor / actress. It was more of a B movie kinda film i think it was not a huge budget hollywood flick but i could be wrong.

All i remember it was about a gang of assassin / gun for hire who where invited into a building to shoot each other out. They find gun and weapon inside the building.

It end with 4 of them with 1 being the one who invited them ( if i remember correctly ) in a face off with desert eagle i think .

i have been looking and trying to find the title for a while now and no luck if any of you know it i thank you in advance.

Not sure about this but i also remember that they either receive or are handed small card with quote when they arrive in the building .....

I also think that there is a woman with a little girl that get dragued in all of this and one of the assassin take them under his protection, in the end only the woman and the little girl walk out ...
