So I don't remember alot about this but I saw it from about halfway in about 3-4 years ago. There was a girl and it seems like she had escaped from a kidnapper and ended up encountering this generic group of friends seemed like they were trying to help her but then they turned out to have some ulterior motives. Then you realise that the guy who initially kidnapped her is still coming after her and he begins to slowly kill off the group she's moving with.....think one guy got stabbed through a mattress and there are these random flashbacks that she has that seems the guy who kidnapped her also tried training her to survive so I guess he could enjoy the hunt, so she could handle herself pretty well.
I unfortunately don't remember any of the actors in it and I think I vaguely remember the ending she had injured him enough that he had to be hospitalized but it ended with him getting away. Focus more on the previous paragraph tho this ending could be a bit hazy.
