Best musical numbers in movies!

Tools

My favourite musical number would have to be "Make Them Laugh" from Singing in the Rain

Runners up are:
"Pure Imagination" from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory
"Take it all" from Nine
"Your Song" from Moulin Rouge
"Cell Block Tango" from Chicago
"Somewhere over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz
"Jolly Holiday" from Mary Poppins
"16 going on 17" from The Sound of Music
"Summer Nights" from Grease
"Transexual Translevania" from Rocky Horror Picture Show
"La Vie Boheme" from Rent
"Feed me" from Little Shop of Horrors
"Point of no Return" from Phantom of the Opera

and a special mention to Wicked as i saw it on stage and "Defying Gravity" was absolutely breathtaking! :

Just about anything from South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut. This however where it all comes together is probably my favourite

WARNING - Heavy swearing throughout. Not sure if this is against the rules of the board and needs removed. If so sorry

Showing my age by loving "New York, New York" from On the Town, with Frank Sinatra, Gene Kelly, and Jules Munshin performing the song all over NY City in great style. I prefer the older musicals from the '30s through the '50s. My second favorite would have to be all the musical numbers from Holiday Inn, starring Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. It was a precursor to White Christmas, with a lot of the same story elements, the title song, and of course, Bing.

EDIT: Sorry, I was remiss in not putting in the actual musical number I talked about. Notice at the end, when the trio are in front of the statue of Prometheus at Rockefeller Plaza, that there is a crowd of people above them against the rails, watching the filming.
