Leonardo DiCaprio Top 9

Tools

Gangs of New York
Catch Me If You Can
The Beach
The Quick and the Dead
Blood Diamond
Shutter Island
The Departed
Romeo + Juliet
The Aviator

How do you rank his films?

Wolf of Wall Street and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood aren't on here... I'll disagree

What's your top 9?

1. Romeo + Juliet

2. The Departed

3. Blood Diamond

4. Gangs of New York

5. Body of Lies

6. The Aviator

7. Inception

8. Django Unchained

9. The Man in the Iron Mask

10. The Quick and the Dead

11. Titanic

I don't go out of my way to watch his movies, but just happened to have seen quite a few. The only one I hated was Titanic because it's so sappy, cliche, and a complete sham on the real historical event. Not to mention the ending... There was definitely enough room on that raft for the both of them... But I do think he's a talented actor. I've felt pretty indifferent about him throughout his career. His movies range from good, interesting, and respectable, to complete garbage, but most actors do and he seems to give it his all in every performance.

not mentioning the beach in the top 10 is a major crime XD

I'll be honest and say I haven't seen a considerable number of his movies, but here's where I'm at top 5 off the top in no particular order:

The Departed
Gangs of NY
Catch Me If You Can
Wolf of Wall Street
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood

Never seen The Beach, but I'm a little beyond the Romeo and Titanic stories at this point. Didn't enjoy The Aviator or Shutter Island much either. Really liked Inception, but not necessarily because of DiCaprio.

1. The Departed

4. The Wolf of Wall Street
5. Blood Diamond
6. Catch Me If You Can
7. What's Eating Gilbert Grape
8. Shutter Island
9. The Great Gatsby
10. Titanic

I've only included films that I've seen multiple times.

I never liked this thread much anyway...

Actually, I haven't been enticed to watch The Revenant.

Welcome to the human race...
The Beach sucks anyway and The Revenant would only make my top 9 by default.

I would personally saw The Departed.

But The Revenant, Inception, and Titanic I also liked from him. And Gilbert Grape. And he was good briefly in Django.

All films are great!!

Shutter Island was just WOWWW

Need to rewatch Inception, but The Aviator and Blood Diamond might be my fave films with him so far.
