Thin bar keeps showing on bottom left of computer screen

When I'm watching streaming movies and shows on my computer, on some websites like paramountplus.com, this light colored thin bar appears in the bottom left of the screen for a split second and disappears. It happens constantly. When I'm able to see the bar up close, it has a URL, or it says "establishing secure connection." It's kinda annoying. Does anyone know how to stop this bar from showing?

I think it's just what happens if you stream from a browser rather than a dedicated app.

I started searching for an app to Paramount Plus for desktop but couldn't find one. But I did find out how to turn the site into an app by just going to Paramountplus.com on Microsoft Edge and clicking on the 3 dots on the top right corner and then clicking on "Apps" and then "Install this site as an app," and dang if it didn't work. That annoying bar on the bottom left of the screen has not shown itself. So thank you for your help.
