I am looking for the title of a movie I saw either in the late 80s or more likely early 90s.
I believe the plot follows two women who join forces to solve their mutual friend's murder.
I vaguely recall that one of the women tries communing with their dead friend via a crystal pendulum and starts getting clues paranormally about the murderer.
There is one scene I remember vividly where they are just about to meet with another woman who can tell them who she believes the killer is, except right before arriving to the meeting she is killed by a car in the street. The scene shows her lying in the street and her leg is mangled.
I think the movie concludes with the two women figuring out who the murderer is and luring him to a house to try and trap him. Again, throughout the entire movie there is this new age theme with the crystal. I think the dead friends name might have even been Crystal. I cannot find anything online even remotely close to this movie but I know I saw it several times.
