In the movie, which is at least 20 years old and probably from the 80's, a car drives off a pier or boardwalk and the driver has a briefcase of money. As the car goes under, a woman yells, "Isn't anyone going to save him??" To which a man replies, "There's riptides in there!" and another man says, "And sharks!" Then the money floats up and the one man asks, "What's that?!" and the other man says, "That's money!!!" as everyone jumps in after the money.
What is that movie??
Thank you!
Rick

That sounds like the 1986 movie Ruthless People with Danny DeVito.
