Geez, to my taste there's no comparison. The opening foot chase scene in Casino Royale is the single best scene of its type that I've ever watched. It's breathtaking in its scope, athleticism, and innovation.
I recall thinking that this new Bond (Craig's first) ushered in the nouveau embodiment of James Bond: athletic, determined and relentless. And what a thrill it was!
The Point Break chase is very well done, and would probably be in the top 5 or 10 of foot chase scenes. The early car chase portion put me in mind a little of the great automobile chase scenes like Bullitt and The French Connection.
