Mr. Miyagi always reminded me of my great-grandfather with his wisdom and patience… I agree with Susan, Pat Morita was great in everything he did and will be missed…

This is depressing.



RIP Mr Miyagi. There's been quite a few deaths lately, and just before christmas...

and yes he is japanese american and he spent time in the interment camps during wwII...

Just a girl who loves movies
well, seeing Karate Kid when I was little made me want to do Karate so I have to be greateful to them for this, even if after 4 years of Shotokan I used to laugh my self uncoscious seeing some of those "far fetched' scenes. Still Pat Morita's death made me a bit sad ... rest in peace ...
