Top Ten Songs From Your Favourite Artists

"Do you know what 'Nemesis' means?"
As with Winter Triangles, I shall go with 2 of my (our?) favorites:

Genesis:

Seven Stones
Fountain Of Salmacis
Suppers Ready
Broadway Melody Of 1974
Dancing With The Moonlit Knight
Firth Of Fifth
Cinema Show
Entangled
Dukes Travels/Dukes End
Musical Box

Nick Cave:

Lyre Of Orpheus
The Mercy Seat
The Carny
Curse Of Milhaven
The Kindness Of Strangers
Loverman
Get Ready For Love
Dead Man in My Bed
As I Sat Sadly By Her Side
Red Right Hand

I like that you included Broadway Melody Of 1974 even though it's 30 seconds. In terms of The Lamb's story it's a pretty important part though, and it comes back at the end of Lilywhite Lilith.

I need to listen to Let Love In again, you included a couple from it, but I've never been able to get into it.

"Do you know what 'Nemesis' means?"
Dammit - I'm thinking of Fly On A Windshield, aren't I? I always think of those 2 songs together...

Let Love In isn't one of his more easily accessible albums, but it bears working at (luckily I'm heavily into progressive rock, so I'm used to being challenged/frustrated/confused )

No Antisocial on the Anthrax list? I remember that guitar riff at the beginning just blowing everyone away when it was first released.

Pump was released in the 1989. It's on vinyl. I know, I have a copy.

Nothing from Permanent Vacation, though TD?

No, Permanent Vacation is ok, but there aren't really many songs in there that stand as my favourite. I like Rag Doll, which is a good, truly Aerosmithy song, and for all it's schmaltz and whininess, I think Angel is one of the better power ballads in their repertoire. Dude Looks Like A Lady (or the Dooby song, as I like to call it) has never been a good song in my eyes. Pump was better for me, because despite all the synthesisers and horns, it was still the trashy Aerosmith that I love at the core. All the cheeky double entendres, the funky riffs and the mad will to rock, its all there.

Madeon :
Pop Culture
The City
The Night Out (Madeon Remix)
Raise Your Weapon (Madeon Remix)
Finale
Icarus
Stay Awake
Shuriken
The Island (Madeon Remix)
For You

I do have different music style tastes I guess

Rammstein

1. Haifisch
2. Der Meister
3. Du Riechst So Gut
4. Wollt Ihr Das Bett In Flammen Sehen
5. Mein Teil
6. Mann Gegen Mann
7. Rosenrot
8. Sehnsucht
9. Rein Raus
10. Alter Mann

For the record, I have looked up the translation for each of those songs, and I do know what they're all about. And it makes me love them more
