German drama version of while you were sleeping

I'm trying to find a German movie I saw in the early 2000s where a man witnesses a car accident and saves the female driver. Then he vists her in the hospital, finds her in a coma and tells everyone he's her boyfriend. But it's not a romantic comedy, it's a drama. He's married with kids, but leaves them to be with her when she wakes up. Then they're living together and her ex boyfriend tracks them down.

Danish movie Kærlighed på film (2007) closely fits that description.
