Rate the Signature

Ok - this thread is so self-explanatory. I looked, and I did not see one for this, and lately, I've been seeing quite a few awesome siggies that I would love tell that person - your sig rocks!

Not 100% sure if it will work all the way around, seeing as a person's sig only shows once per page, but i figure, if the person above you's sig isnt showing, just scroll up and find it.
