From her first scene on Mayberry RFD, I always thought Arlene Golonka was cute as a button. RIP

Wow. Horrible that she passed away from Alzheimer's disease. I hate that she died in any way, but that's a particularly heinous way to go. Have a few close people that have it.

Loved her in anything, but especially Mayberry R.F.D., her one appearance on M*A*S*H as a bumbling nurse was very memorable, and she played Peter Falk's wife in one of my favorite comedies, The In-Laws. Glad you are at peace, Arlene. God bless her family and friends.
