I'm watching The Insider and recognized a small tune, eventually realizing that I'd heard it on the show "Deadwood" The tune plays on "Deadwood" in season 1 after Wild Bill Hickcock is killed and in The Insider while Russell Crowe blows the whistle on his tobacco company and is on his way to the first hearing.
It is played with a string instrument, that might sound something like a banjo. Is this an original piece from The Insider or is it from someplace else?
