I remember seeing this recently pretty sure its a film and not a TV show! I can remember someone finding a dog at one point in an old van or trailer, and then later on they come across an old garage or suchlike and theres a robot there thats got some charge left and the person asks it to show him some photos or something Alexa style. They then fall asleep and when they wake the Robot has run out of battery!
End of the world type film.
